Can I cancel my regular travel booking?
For parents who no longer need their regular school bus booking.
Cancel a regular booking
Read your school's terms and conditions to check you meet the requirements for cancelling.
If you do, complete the Contact Us form on your school transport booking portal.
We will then help you cancel the booking and organise a refund for trips not used, where eligible.
Marking a child as Not Travelling does not cancel the booking or give a refund. It only lets the driver know your child will not be on the bus.
