Change the date, stop or route of a booking
Most changes to stops and routes you can make yourself on your school transport booking portal. Changing the day of travel depends on the type of booking and your school's terms and conditions.
Which change do you need?
| What you want to change | How to do it |
|---|---|
| The stop or route for one journey | Journey Calendar, then Change stop (steps below) |
| The stop or route for many journeys, including a switch to the late bus | Orders, then the bus stop symbol (bulk change steps) |
| The date of a single (ad hoc) trip | Journey Calendar, before the time of travel (steps below) |
| The days of a regular booking | Send us the Contact Us form. We will help if your school's terms allow it |
| Your child is not travelling today | Mark the trip as not travelling. This does not change or cancel the booking |

Can't see the option you need? Your school's terms and conditions decide which changes are allowed. You will find them on the left-hand menu of your transport site, and the Contact Us form is under Miscellaneous.
