On the transport booking portal, go to My Account > Orders. Boarded shows next to the journey once your child is marked on the bus. Hover over it to see the time.

How do I see if my child has boarded the bus?
For parents who want to confirm their child got on the bus.
How boarding is recorded
Your child is marked as boarded by the driver or chaperone, or by tapping or scanning their ID card or QR code.
Check if your child has boarded
Go to the transport booking portal and select My Account > Orders.
Find the journey. Boarded shows next to it when your child has boarded the bus.
Hover over Boarded to see a timestamp of when it was logged.
