How do I see if my child has alighted the bus?

Check if your child has alighted
Sign in to your school transport booking portal and go to My Account > Orders.
Find the order. A tick shows when your child boarded the bus, and a second tick shows when they alighted at their stop. You can also see the time each was recorded.
