New to Vectare: your first week on the school bus

Before the first day

1. Create your accountSign up on your school transport booking portal. Some schools let you sign in with your Parent Portal login.
2. Make your bookingChoose regular travel for every day or single trips for occasional journeys.
3. Find your stop and timesCheck your stop, route and pick-up time on the portal.
4. Download the appInstall the VecTive Passenger App to track the bus and mark trips as not travelling.
5. Share trackingInvite anyone else who needs to follow the bus.
6. Read the termsCheck the terms and conditions for notice periods, behaviour and refunds.

On the day

• Arrive early

  Be at the stop a few minutes before the timetabled time.

• Signal the bus

  Make sure the driver can see you.

• Check boarding

  Look for the boarded tick in My Account.
